We are committed to making this process as smooth and easy as possible for you. We are always available for questions and will maintain contact with you throughout the entire process. Feel free to contact us at any time! Your photographer and videographer will also be reaching out as well (we typically introduce team members around 10 months prior to your wedding date unless you book an engagement session in which case we will introduce them sooner). Your team will set up a phone call with you to get to know you, learn what's important to you, and go over the details of your big day.

We have built an amazing team of wedding photographers and videographers that are all extremely professional and trained to deliver a high quality product. Every lighting, location, climate, and client is different. While variation always exists, we have all worked hard to develop a consistent style so you can rest assured that every member of our team will deliver quality content. You will be contacted by your videographer/photographer who will call you to introduce themselves and go over general details of the big day! You are always welcome to reach out to them when it's convenient for you as well. There will be a second phone call a week or two before your wedding to finalize and confirm all details.

We love the fresh look of trendy imagery, but also see the importance of keeping a timeless, classic look that you will love for years to come. So our team combines the best of both of these in our unique and beautiful style of photography and videography. The photos and videos on our website reflect this. We are excited to accommodate your special requests regarding style, but we will capture your special day consistent with our style. We advise against referring our team to the specific work of others, as it hinders our creative process.
wedding day
Timeline
We are so excited to be a part of your special day! We will work with you to determine what you would like captured and the best timeline to accommodate that. We are happy to capture any part of your day (getting ready, first look, ceremony, bridal party, family, reception). This is your day, and we are committed to giving you the coverage you need. Your photographer and videographer will go over the timeline of your day with you so that everyone is on the same page.
Your teams' arrival time will depend on your specific timeline. You will plan with them the start and end time for your day.
If you would like to add extra coverage time to your current package please contact Becca at becca@tmtweddings.com. Extra hours can be added at the rate of $150 per hour per team member. We do our very best to accommodate your specific needs and even allow extra hours to be added the day of your event when necessary. If adding hours the day of please let your team know how much additional time you would like to add and check availability with them. Your team will notify Becca of the additional coverage time and TMT Weddings will invoice you.
Meal Breaks
If your wedding day coverage exceeds 4 hours, it is customary to provide a meal break. During the planning process, please talk with your team to determine when a meal break fits best in your timeline.

engagement sessions
Location
Your photographer will work with you to find a great location for your engagement session.
Punctuality & Duration
The engagement session includes one hour of photography. Your time is extremely valuable to us, and we want to give you the best product possible. Time and light are very valuable assets. Make sure you are ready to go at your location by the time you have scheduled with your photographer. An overtime charge of $150 per hour may be assessed if you are late to your shoot, and your shoot goes over time. Our team members cannot guarantee their availability for overtime. This also applies to wedding day. You will receive 75+ fully-edited photos ready for digital download. Full printing rights included.
Price
You may add on an engagement session to any of our packages for $350.

payment plan
We require a 25% retainer at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be broken into two or more payments. If you need a more flexible payment plan please talk with us about various options-we are happy to work with you.
If you choose to cancel, the retainer (25%) and subsequent payments made (up to 50% of the total package price) are non-refundable.
travel fees
Depending on your location, travel fees may apply. If you are subject to travel fees, the amount will be calculated and clearly stated on your customized proposal. No additional travel fees will be added to the initial proposal amount unless your location changes.
final payment
Final payment for services are due no later than one week before the day of the wedding. Feel free to pay anytime before the wedding date.
date change
We do not have a fee if you need to change your date so long as we are given 90 days notice. If you need to change your date within 90 days of your wedding there will be a $150 change fee per team member.
Please check with us to ensure availability for your new date. If your team members are available they will still provide coverage for you. If they are unavailable, we will introduce alternate team members.
insurance
TMT weddings is insured with R.V. Nuccio & Associates Insurance Brokers for general liability coverage ($1,000,000 policy). If your venue requires proof of insurance, we are happy to provide it.

We love capturing memories of all couples. We strongly disagree with any group or organization which discriminates on matters of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, disability, marital, family, pregnancy status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, veteran or citizenship status and any other characteristics which currently feel hate from others or groups. We also ask that our team members are afforded respect and a safe work environment - any behavior that compromises the safety or well-being of our team members or constitutes a hostile work environment (including, but not limited to, unwelcome sexual advances and verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature) will not be tolerated.

Highlight Style
Your edited video will be between 6-12+ minutes in length (depending on package) and will be in our highlight style. HERE you can see examples of our highlight videos as well as other video options.
Drone Footage
Our standard packages do not include aerial drone footage. If you would like to add our drone add-on to your package there is an additional charge. We do not fly our drones indoors.
NOTE: There are some areas that are considered no-fly zones and flying drones is not permitted. If we are unable to provide this service due to inclement weather (as it can damage the equipment and disrupt the footage) we will issue a refund for this add-on service.
Music Choice
We want this to be YOUR video, so we allow you to choose the music. Copyright laws are very strict regarding the use of music in wedding videos, so we have five subscriptions to music sites from which you may select your songs. You don't need to download anything, just fill out your song choices on your Wedding Detail Page. If you would prefer we select your songs just indicate *Editors Choice* on your Wedding Details Page. It's very important that we receive your song selections prior to your wedding date so as not to slow down the editing process. If we are unable to get song selections from you, then our editing team will select songs that go well with your footage.

FYRFLY
This is where you will find most of the mainstream songs. If there is a pink "P" next to the song, there will be an additional $25 charge. Be sure to look at songs on desktop as that pink P does not show on mobile. If you choose one of those songs for your video, we will send you an invoice for $25.

edits
Our wedding packages include fully-edited photos and videos. We also offer one complimentary re-edit. If you feel changes are needed, please send an email with your specific requests to becca@tmtweddings.com. After your complimentary re-edit, additional edits may be done but will be subject to a $75 fee. All edit requests must be emailed within 2 weeks of your media delivery date.

video delivery
Our turnaround time varies a little based on time of year but your edited video will be sent to you via email within 30 business days. Your video will be delivered as a DropBox link. You can download and share your video with family & friends. Raw video footage will also be made available for download with your edited video.
photo delivery
Our turnaround time varies a little based on time of year but your edited photos will be sent to you via email within 30 business days. Your photos will be delivered in a digital gallery via Pixieset. Pixieset albums can be shared with family & friends. We will provide a download pin so you can download all your photos in full resolution.
printing rights
We never put any watermarks on our photos. You will reserve all printing rights! The only rights we retain are creative rights to use these photos in our portfolios, both online and offline.
social media
We absolutely love getting tagged when you post our photos & videos, so please tag us! instagram: @tmt.weddings | facebook: @tmtweddings
You are welcome to upload your photos and video directly to Facebook or Instagram. We offer a 60 second social media teaser which can be added to any video package for an additional cost.

technology failure
Although it is extremely unlikely for anything to go wrong, it is possible to experience technological issues when filming weddings. This could include SD cards breaking, cameras overheating or equipment getting stolen. We have safety procedures in place to minimize these risks so the likelihood of this happening is extremely small.
